I'm home & I'll write later. Going to get some stuff done :-)

Got some grades back... Database midterm 82, hw2 86. NetworkingII test2 90. Astronomy test3 92. I calculated that to get an A in my astronomy class all I need is an 80 on the last exam, which I will probably exceed. My networking class I still have an A, there are 2 labs yet to be graded and I think we will have 1 or 3 more, plus test3. I think I will get an A in there as well. My database class is up in the air. His TA's do not know how to grade. I think they just look at the papers and mark random things wrong and make up a score. Reguardless I think I will get an A based on how he said he puts all of the grades together, I just have to do pretty good on the project and final exam. My java class is a definate A, there is one more homework due and the final. My unix2 class i don't know about, we haven't really had any grades except for the midterm and I got an A on that. I think I will get an A in there. The only class I might not get an A in is my astronomy lab, but that is only 1 credit anyways. I have to make up a lab or two in there. Anyways thats my school stuff... all boring!! I'll be working on my moving software if anyone wants to bug me, later.a

I am worried about a few grades... my 2nd networking test, 2nd database assignment, and 3rd astronomy test. I don't want to do bad on any of them and then have to over work myself at the end of the semester. I want to get A's in everything, which I have so far, so even a C would be bad. Tomorrow I am going to Gainesville. Bret and Tim are coming to Miami this weekend... I ALWAYS miss people when I go places UGH! At least Kevin, Wes, and Josh will be there! Yeehaw after I take care of my business we will be partying! I'll be coming home Sunday. I have a Java assignment due Monday, but I've already done it. Oh Ness I want to go out with some of your sorority sisters this weekend too! ;-) Right now I am working on this new software I decided to write. It is for moving companies. The last software company I was working for had me writing something like this but as a windows app in .NET and I am doing it as a web service. I am hoping I can get them to sell it and integrate it into their leads system. I get bored so it's really just something to keep me busy. Anyways I'm online and working on this thing... peace.

Last week was good. Wednesday night I went bowling with some people from the miami city ballet. I had a really good time, and I hope to spend some more time hanging out with them. Thursday I left for Denver. I had a good time. Christine got my Halo 2 for my birthday!! I haven't stopped playing it since I've been home. Saturday I went snowboarding, there was too many people and not enough runs open so it wasn't that great. Sunday I came back home. When I got off the plane I checked my messages and also Brad called me, and I got the bad news that Tony Perez, one of my fraternity brothers, had died that night. He was an awesome person I am going to miss him a lot. This was taken at the FIU homecoming game the day before he died. Yesterday I went to his wake. There was a lot of people there and everyone was upset. His family and friends all need to be in everyones prayers this week because it hit pretty hard. This week I turned in my 2nd networking2 test and my database assignment. Thursday I have an Astronomy test. Friday I will be going to Gainesville to visit Vanessa and clear up some unfinished business from my car accident. I'm going home for dinner... and for some Halo 2 action!! Peace!

I got some more grades today. My last networking lab I got a 46/50 which brought my average down one point to a 94. I also have a test due Monday in that class which I think I will be doing today. I also got my last java homework back which I got all right. Still doing pretty good :) I think I did bad on my database midterm. There was 2 questions I know I got wrong that were worth 20% so thats already a C. I hope he curves it!! Other than that I am feeling a lot better today. I woke up and made some eggs and didn't have to take any medicine so maybe this thing is going away. Hopefully it will be 100% gone by Saturday so I can go snowboarding! I think I'm forgetting something... I'll write it later I guess cya.

23! Too bad I've had the flu since friday, so I haven't done anything to celebrate. I feel worse today than I did yesterday :'( Thank you Jesus for letting me have your old tv! Just got back my Java test from last week, 36/40 = 90% = B+. It was a gay test I should have got an A. Going to get some studying done for my database midterm that's in an hour. Later.

I was checking out the Microsoft site and found the benefits for interns... wow! Just finished my lab report for net 2. Tomorrow dad is coming home so we'll get to hang out. Sunday I'm going to a ballet with Jesus, and get to meet some cute ballet dancers! Monday is my official birthday, I don't know what I will be doing. Monday I also have a midterm exam in the database class that I am going crazy over. I have no idea what this guy is going to put on the test because we've covered so much material. After that next week should be laid back with no school on thursday, I hate thursdays because i am in class from 9:30 to 3:15 with no breaks. That will be good because I will have time to do my networking test. The first one took 5 hours! (It took some people 10 hours to do it!) Thursday I will be going to Denver with Beau. Vanessa is going as well. Some of the slopes are open so we're gonna be out there. I'm going to finish up in the lab and head over to the gym... later.

Oh yes I feel like dancing ladies and gentlemen! Today was the IT Awards. My demonstration to each judge went very well. The judges were from big name companies - more importantly MICROSOFT! I ended up not winning the thing (some retards that downloaded half the code off the internet, for their orininal nintendo looking pos game, won) however the guys from Microsoft really liked my project. After the event was over they interviewed me for an internship. I think they are going to offer it to me I just have to send the guy my resume tonight. Isn't that great?!?! The only thing is that it means living in Seattle for 3 months!

So thats bascially the good news. Oh ya mad props to the pi kapp football team for spanking sigep in overtime! Gotta study for a Java test tomorrow... lol Java, can't believe I just said that. (The panel of judges laughed today, when someone asked how important Java was, because it's not!) Oh and I got my Fantasy Fest pictures developed... I think they are too naughty to post! Haha! Bye!

First of all, I just checked my networking grades and I got a 54/50 on lab 4 which caused my average to jump from 92 to 95! I have one of the highest grades in the class! Second of all I had an AWESOME weekend! Well Thursday there was a little drama but thats fine. Friday Vanessa came home for mom's birthday. Afterwards I went to the Lambda class Halloween party. There was a lot of people there, and I heard that it was the party of the night, but I didn't have that good of a time. Spent the night at BAD's house.

Sunday I met up with 11 other brothers and we went to Fantasy Fest. It's like Mardi Gras but in Key West. There was a lot of cool costumes and a lot of naked women! I met up with my big sis and ran into a lot of people I knew. I got my body painted like a robot. I'll post my pictures when I get them developed. Hernan, one of my brothers, got lost and ended up spending the night in jail. Everyone had a great time. It took us forever to get back because we had to wait for Hernan to get out (they keep you for 12 hours until you sober up) and then we made a bunch of stops, including a stop at the Tiki bar to relax. We had a good game of sand valleyball there too which was fun.

Today I have to get everything ready for my presentation tomorrow so I must get going. Props to Evan for figuring out the frontpage problem I was having! Cya.
