Never took the time to look at what del.icio.us was but today I did and I think it's pretty cool. I've had a similar idea to this but never made anything out of it. They did a nice job. The link below is to my tags.

Tuesday night my team won our soccer game (in pentalty kicks). I actually missed mine. The goal keeper looked slow so I thought I could place it in the corner but he was quicker than I thought. I should have just ripped it. These are already playoff games so we can't lose or we're out. Next game is the quarter finals on Sunday. Dad will be in town so he will get to see me play :-)

I ordered a new DVD burner a day or two ago, it should be here tomorrow or Friday. It's the fastest they come now days (16x) and writes dual layer discs (at 8x). I really needed this because single layer just discs just don't hold enough data for what I need. It was on sale for $38 which is an awesome price and hopefully it performs well. All the reviews I read were good. My old DVD burner is single layer and burns at 4x, I got it 2 years ago for xmas - it was $150 back then. Amazing how the price as dropped so much.

Tomorrow I have a math test I think I will do well. I got a midterm for my Visual Basic class back (joke class). I finished it in about 15 minutes and the teacher looked at me weird like I had christmas tree'd the test but I didn't. When I saw the list of scores I actually had the highest. Some people in my class said they studied so much for it... please go directly back to 9th grade, do not pass go, do not collect your college degree.

I think I'll go fishing tomorrow morning.

It's almost 6 and I haven't gone to bed yet. I need to deposit a check and I also feel like running instead of fishing. My bank is 5 miles away so I think I'll go for a run. Need a plastic bag to put that check in, hehe. If you don't hear from me I am probably passed out on 107th. Cya. 

Okay I just checked the graduation website and my ceremony will be Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. (Exactly 8 weeks from now) It lasts 2 hours. Next week is the "Grad Send Off" where I can buy my cap and gown and pick up my graduation ceremony tickets. I don't know how many I get. I just hope I can get my tuition paid because as of right now all my classes are dropped.

I have been looking for places to live in Orlando and have found a few that I like. I will be going there for spring break to check them out and try out for the Central Florida Kraze soccer team. I've applied to a few jobs there but haven't heard anything back. I am going to change my resume to an Orlando address because I am sure that will help. The funny thing that I have been hearing about lately is that IT people lie the most on their resume's. I think that SUCKS. I haven't lied about anything on my resume, but I am thinking I should because I know a lot and there are probably assholes out there that don't know anything but are getting the jobs because they lied. Ugh!!

First of all you probably already see that I've added this "Change skin" box at the top. I already had the technology in place I just didn't feel like implementing it until now because I only had one skin. I am working on the Blue Candy one right now, it's almost done. Well have fun with that thing.

Yesterday I signed up for Netflix. I got the $10/mo deal. I should be getting my first movie in a few days. A nice feature netflix has is RSS feeds for stuff about my account, so I created a page to display all of this. Check out the link below.

Btw I won my soccer game yesterday and my knee feels great :-) I have another game on Tuesday!

First off I would like to mention that a couple of weeks ago I switched up my hit logging features so the archive and statistics pages are not fully correct. I only mention this because I see people going to those pages.

Now to the nitty gritty smitty! Yesterday I woke up and went to a movie with mi mama y Beau. We saw Running Scared. It was a good movie. It was very graphic! Afterwards we stopped by Sports Authority and I picked up some new fishing lures. YESSS! Then we went back to mom's house and she cooked dinner. Thanks mom!!

I came home and watched the Heat game. I have to admit I haven't watched them in a while due to a Comcast mess-up and wasn't too happy that they were losing miserably the entire game. They were down by 17 at one point. Slowly but surely they came back however. They never had a lead in the game until the 4th quarter with 1.8 seconds left. They finished AWESOME! Wade didn't play because of a "sprained wrist" but they picked up someone from waivers (March 1st was the trade waiver deadline). I think his name is Derek Anderson? Anyways... He played greeeeat! He actually made the last few plays in the 4th quarter to help the Heat win. They are on an 8 game winning streak and are looking in good shape for the playoffs.

Later last night I watched some movies, and at 5am I decided I had too much energy so I went running 5 miles. Plus I ran 5 miles Friday night and 2.5 on Thursday. At one point (I think last Saturday) I weighed 185 which is where I want to be at however the next day I put a few pounds on. I go between 190 and 185 right now. I'd rather be between 182 and 187. It won't take much to take a few more pounds off. I think I have good control over my weight. Anyways... This morning I took my new lures and went fishing. I caught a little bass within 5 minutes. Didn't catch anything for a while until I made this super long cast. It was in a fairly shallow area so I started reeling in quick. Immediately I felt some resistance and wasn't sure if I had snagged some weeds but I kept reeling. When the end of my line got closer I saw I had a huge bass on there. SWEEET! I mean it wasn't huge but for these lakes it was a good size. I have only been fishing at this one lake at FIU. I need to find some new places.

I didn't get to sleep until like 10:30am. I woke up not to long ago. I've decided I will play soccer today. Wish me luck :-) My knee is doing great. I have been working on building the muscle back but I get discouraged sometimes because compared to my mmmmoster left leg it looks puny. It's been over 6 months now and I am ready to play. Plus during spring break I am trying out for a pretty good team so I need to practice.
