Cady Way Bike Path

Using the tool eakxpa posted the link for I found out that the trail I like to run on is called "Cady Way Bike Path", probably because Cady Way Elementary school is in the middle of it. The trail goes a little further in both directions that I had thought. It is just over 9 miles long. I mapped it a little longer so that the trail ends at a church across the street from the real end. That way I can get water. It seems like the markers on this map match up with the markers that are along side the path. Pretty neat stuff!

If you like the other tool, try this one: http://runningtimes.com/Article.aspx?ArticleID=6765&PageNum=&CategoryID= My experience has been that this is pretty much right on the money too. Based on your best times for shorter training runs, you can get an idea of what you are capable of on a longer run. This is great because on long runs, you don't want to start out too fast. I also found a tool that factors in differences in age and weight, but I will have to find that one again. I lost the link. It was cool, because it showed that 10lbs has more impact on your performance than 5 years of age.
