A week ago I submitted my application to start up an LLC called Numina Development LLC. My credit card was charged the other day and I should be getting the official papers in the mail soon. Weird thing is... I am already getting junk mail send to my business address (which is also my home address). It is showing up on the sunbiz website though and says it was approved and is active. Just need the papers to make it "official" in my book! Next thing I need is a bank account, SSL cert, and merchant account/services and I am all set :-)

Oh and I need to make myself an actual website... duh.
